With the first week of district play in the rear view mirror, the Week 8 football poll remained remarkably unchanged. Most ranked teams survived week 7, with only a few minor changes to the poll.
The only new teams to enter the rankings were in 6A & 4A, where Lawrence & Fort Scott entered the rankings, both at #5 in their respective classes.
One interesting nugget of information comes from 8-Man Division II, where all five teams held their opponent to zero points. The five teams won by a combined score of 261-0.
The poll will be updated every Wednesday throughout the season, so be sure to check back each week to see who's moving up, and who's moving out.
