Ultra Modern Pool and Patio carries all the supplies you'll need to keep your pool or hot tub running smoothly. The most important part of the care is making sure your water is safe, and our experts can help you select the right pool or spa water care program. We have several programs to choose from, including the BioGuard once-a-week three-step chlorine program, Baquacil by Arch Chemicals, Soft-Swim by BioGuard non-chlorine sanitizing system, salt water systems and the new Silk Balance program for spas.
At Ultra Modern, we always provide our customers with free pool or spa water testing, which is a $50 value. You just need to bring in a quart baggie full of your water. Our lab technicians will run several key water tests and then provide you with a computerized, step-by-step guide on how to balance your pool or spa's mineral and metal content.
Ultra Modern Pool & Patio has an extensive parts store that stocks replacement parts and equipment for most makes and models of hot tubs, above ground pools and in ground pools. We stock Polaris automatic pool cleaners, Raypak pool heaters, solar covers and Loop-Loc safety winter covers. We also have a way to convert your current pool to a 'green' pool- replace all your existing equipment with certified green products from Pentair or Hayward Pool Products.
At UMP&P, our service department specializes in providing and replacing in ground pool vinyl liners and new automatic pool cover systems and cover replacement fabric by Cover Star. Ultra Modern has several maintenance plans to choose from, including weekly and bi-weekly. We also repair or replace equipment on residential and semi-commercial pools, such as hotels, motels and Home Owners Associations. Ultra Modern services all spa brands that were purchased from us, and when we have time available we repair all makes and models of hot tubs.

Hot TubsUltra Modern Pool & Patio carries a large selection of high quality hot tubs from top brands Jacuzzi Hot Tubs, Hot Springs Spas and Caldera Spas. We have over 50 spas on display at our East and West locations. We also sell used hot tubs, and we accept trade-ins on old hot tubs and spas. UMP&P also carries replacement hot tub covers, so when it's time to replace yours, come in and let us assist you in getting the best insulated marine grade vinyl replacement cover from your hot tub brand. If we don't carry a replacement cover for your exact make and model, we will custom order your replacement cover from Sunstar. We carry replacement covers from several brands, including Jacuzzi, Hot Spring, Tiger River, Hot Spot, Salona and Limelight. You should also consider adding a cover lift when replacing your cover. At UMP&P, we will provide local installation for free if you purchase the lift with a replacement cover. |
Billiards
Ultra Modern Pool & Patio carries a great selection of game room tables and décor. We have American made Olhausen pool tables available in 7', 8' and 9', all with the option of tournament-grade cloth. We carry all regular-sized shuffle board tables. (9', 12', 14', 16' and 18') We can also order custom-sized shuffle board tables from Olhausen to fit whatever space you need. Our pool table installation crew provides pool table recovers and will move pool tables from one location to another. |

Ultra Modern Pool and Patio has over 50,000 square feet of showrooms and warehouse space full of products ready to be delivered and set up/installed within 72 hours. All types of patio furniture is stocked, including indoor and outdoor wicker, cast aluminum, tubular aluminum, tubular steel, recycled plastic, wrought iron, wood and patio furniture designed for commercial use.
