Poplar is true Western NY Flavor in the Mid-West. Growing up in WNY and living in Central Kansas the past 19 years I have been disappointed with the selection of wings until we found Poplars. Poplar has the only true wings in the area and the Pizza has the traditional NY flare I grew up with. Owner and family are friendly and have always treated us well when we visit. We try to eat here at least once a week with a traditional pizza & wing dinner. The spaghetti and meatballs is just like grandmas. If you enjoy fish you must go for the Friday night fish fry.
