The `Honey Badger¿ author known as Randall comes to Tanganyika (April 13, 2012) |
Perhaps you’ve seen his viral YouTube video “The Crazy Honey Badger” (which has generated 42 million hits on YouTube) or seen the crazy honey badger in a Wonderful Pistachios commercial.
YouTube sensation and narrator of the honey badger video, also known as Randall, visited Tanganyika Wildlife Park on Thursday, April 12 to promote his first published book, titled “Honey Badger Don’t Care: Randall’s Guide to Crazy, Nastyass Animals.” The book takes a humorous approach to examining the world’s craziest, nastiest, fiercest creatures of the animal kingdom.
Randall came out in support of Tanganyika’s very own resident honey badger, Diablo, and to support the park's ‘Honey Badger Cares Fund,’ which funds efforts to help endangered animals.
Diablo was joined by several other Tanganyika critters; including penguins, ferrets, snakes, and his brand new baby brother. Randall was given the honor of naming Diablo’s younger sibling by the staff at Tanganika - his name is yet to be determined.
