America’s Pub and Triple Sin Productions will be hosting a benefit concert for The Make-A-Wish Foundation on Saturday, April 28. There will be five bands playing, starting at 7:30pm, along with door prizes.
Triple Sin Productions is a collaboration of Nick McEwen & The 33’s bass player, Steve Headley, and Ashley Wiederstein from The Sinful Sisters. They have teamed up but provide, what they are hoping, to be one of the biggest events that two Wichita local’s can bring to town. They have worked hard to get as much local support for this event as possible, including door prize donations from local businesses, bars/restaurants, artists, musicians, and many more, as well as having five local bands play this event.
In order to make this event as successful as possible, Triple Sin Productions has decided that 100% of proceeds made at this benefit show go to The Make-A-Wish Foundation. Thanks to America’s Pub, they were able to do that, by not having to rent a venue, or pay for sound they are able to make such a generous donation. All of the money made on ticket sales, and donations towards the door prizes, as well as any donations local businesses have made will go towards the donation.
The event will start at 7:30 with live music from The Sirens of South Central, following with Strange Inventions, Bus Station Brown, Nick McEwen & The 33, and Friday’s Waiting. Between each set we will be drawing names for the door prizes. Tickets will be available, with donations, the whole night.
Prizes include anything from gift certificates, to local art pieces, and so much more. We will also be holding a silent auction for a few of the larger prizes, one of which is targeted towards local musicians. Tickets will be available for presale, they are five dollars for presale, and day of at the door. For more details about this event
