Asbury Church is a growing congregation that is located in Wichita, Kansas. We seek to share hope and encouragement to the community through the love and power of Jesus Christ. We have over 1,000 members and offer seven unique worship experiences across the Wichita Metro Area. Asbury is well known for its powerful worship and preaching, acclaimed children and youth programs, as well as its involvement in the community and across the world with its dedication to missions. We will share the Good News of Jesus Christ through the intentional multi-site growth of Asbury Church, bringing one church to multiple locations, wherever God leads, following one common mission. Each Campus will have its own home where services and ministry programming are available throughout the week. We are committed to achieving the highest level of excellence in all that we do by setting a standard that employs the unique spiritual gifts and talents of each member of the church body.

Asbury Church offers various support groupsIt’s easy to feel alone in a situation. There are many different trials that people undergo throughout life, and that is what the support groups at Asbury Church are there for. Asbury Church offers various support groups including parenting epilepsy, anger management, cancer, conquering addictions through Christ, grief, multiple sclerosis, unequally yoked couples and single parenting. |
Asbury Church member crowned Mrs. United States at All World Beauties PageantAll World Beauties Pageants' mission is to celebrate the success of the modern woman. Local Wichitan and member of Asbury Church, Kathy Bond, was crowned Mrs. United States on June 17 at the All World Beauties National competition in Orlando, Flo. On her win, Bond says, "I will be happ to take the credit for the effort I put into this, but God received all the glory for the results." |
Volunteers give single grandmother's home a makeoverThey remodeled the kitchen and dining area, replaced much of the furniture and did some major landscaping among other things. Two hundred volunteers from Asbury Church gave this house on 21st near Oliver a major makeover. |

Asbury Church launches The Nehemiah Project, starts by remodeling homeOn Christmas Eve 2011, those attending one of the Asbury Church Christmas Eve Services were informed that their offering that evening would go towards something bigger than them – something that would transform the life of someone in our community in a real and lasting way. They were told to pray for this project. Pray that God’s will would be had and that those that call Asbury home would be step outside their circle of comfort and join together for a life-changing cause. |
