In observance of Labor Day, City of Wichita facilities will close Monday, Sept. 3.
The following facilities are closed Sept. 3:
- City Hall
- Park and Recreation facilities
- The Animal Shelter
- Great Plains Nature Center
- Wichita Ice Center
- Century II Administrative Offices
- Old Cowtown Museum
- The Wichita Art Museum
Wichita Transit services will not operate.
Wichita Public Library locations will close Sunday and Monday. Neighborhood City Halls will close at 5 p.m. on Friday and be closed through Monday. CityArts and the Mid-America All-Indian Center will close Saturday through Monday.
The following City facilities are open Sept. 3:
- Municipal golf courses, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.;
- Botanica, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
- O. J. Watson Park, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.;
- Ralph Wulz Riverside Tennis Center, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.;
- WichitaTix Box Office, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Concert Hall Foyer.
